Sleep can influence how you feel and how you perform at work or when you’re studying. If you’re not sleeping well it can create all sorts of problems for you.
There are several things you can do to develop good sleep habits. Go to bed at a regular time. Start relaxing an hour before going to bed and keep distracting things out of your bedroom. Ideally you want to get 7 – 9 hours of sleep a night.
Things to avoid include going to bed on a full or empty stomach and taking naps in the evening.
