Procrastination is choosing to put off finishing something you’ve committed to and instead doing something less important – even though you know that is going to create more problems for you!
Everyone does it. However if it’s really getting in the way of you succeeding at TAFE, here are some tools and information to help.
You can start beating procrastination by identifying your distractions and then blocking them out. Set your study topics and assign times to study, including some breaks. Get all the gear you need to study organised and set up.
Tell your family and friends that you need to get things done so that they can encourage and support you. Finally, ask yourself “is it worth it?”
